Given the nature of our work and the direct investment of time, effort, and operational costs associated with each client’s order, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all payments, whether for software subscriptions, custom development, support services, or any other offerings. By making a payment to Rappid Technologies, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to our services or products as described at the time of order, and that such payments are non-refundable under all circumstances. Under no circumstances will the source code, or any part thereof, be shared, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise provided to any client, third party, or external entity. This ensures the integrity, security, and proprietary nature of our technology and helps safeguard the efforts of our development teams. By using our services or purchasing our products, you expressly agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to access or receive any part of the source code. Our solutions are offered on a “use-only” basis, and any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our source code is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of our Terms & Conditions. This policy helps us maintain the quality and security of our software while protecting our business interests and innovations.

At Rappid Technologies, we maintain clear and reliable communication channels to ensure transparency and accountability in all our client interactions. Our official modes of communication are limited strictly to our registered whatsapp number and our official email address admin@rappid.in. All important communications, updates, support queries, and business discussions must be directed through these channels only. This policy helps us maintain proper records, ensure prompt responses, and protect both parties from miscommunication or unauthorized commitments. Any other forms of communication or support — such as phone calls, video calls, or live chat — if offered, are provided purely as a complementary service and are strictly subject to availability of our team. Such complementary channels are not guaranteed and should not be considered as part of our standard or contractual support obligations. We request all clients to rely solely on our official whatsapp and email channels for all formal and binding correspondence related to our products, services, and agreements.

At Rappid Technologies, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) charges are applicable as per the agreed terms for the ongoing support, maintenance, and updates of our software and services. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely renewal and payment of AMC before the expiry date. If the AMC is not renewed on or before the due date, any services provided after the expiry will be considered post-period support, which will be chargeable separately. The applicable charges for post-period support will depend on the type of project involved, the scope of work required, and the type of data backup or restoration that needs to be performed during this period. Please note that if AMC payments are delayed beyond the due date, especially in cases where the delay exceeds 10-15 days, additional charges may apply for restoring services, performing backups, or reactivating maintenance. These extra charges are necessary to cover the additional effort, time, and resources required to manage and secure your project data after the AMC has lapsed. At Rappid Technologies, we prioritize the security and integrity of your data. All client data handled through our software and services is managed using industry-standard practices to ensure it is stored safely and securely. We take every reasonable measure to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse within the scope of our control. However, please note that our servers and hosting infrastructure are provided and managed by third-party service providers. While we select reliable vendors and monitor the setup, Rappid Technologies shall not be held responsible for any data loss, breach, or service issue that arises directly from failures, errors, or breaches at the third-party server or hosting level. Additionally, the performance of data access, including latency or response time, depends significantly on the type of server, hosting plan, and related infrastructure that is selected during the development or deployment of your project. Clients are encouraged to discuss and choose server configurations that align with their performance needs. Rappid Technologies will provide recommendations but will not be responsible for performance issues arising from server specifications or third-party hosting choices made by or agreed upon with the client.

At Rappid Technologies, payments for our software, services, and subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways to ensure safe and reliable transactions. All transactions may attract a gateway processing fee, typically ranging between 1% to 2%, as charged by the payment service provider. For payments up to ₹10,000, Rappid Technologies may bear this gateway fee as part of our commitment to providing a smooth customer experience. However, for any payment exceeding ₹10,000, a 2% gateway charge will apply, and this cost will be borne by the client. By making a payment through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding payment gateway charges. The applicable fee will either be added to your invoice or shown clearly during the payment process. These charges are necessary to cover the processing costs imposed by third-party payment processors. At Rappid Technologies, we respect the client’s right to discontinue use of our services at any time. If you choose to terminate or cancel our services, you may do so by providing written notice via admin@rappid.in or through our official whatsapp channel. Upon receiving your termination request, we will process the discontinuation of your account or project as applicable. Please note that all data associated with your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion from our servers within 10 to 30 days following the termination date, depending on the server policies and backup cycles in place.
No refunds will be provided for any unused service period or any prior payments made in the event of termination by the client. Similarly, Rappid Technologies does not impose any additional fees or penalties for termination initiated by the client. We encourage clients to ensure they have secured and backed up any necessary data before requesting termination, as data deletion will be irreversible once completed.

At Rappid Technologies, we are committed to providing high-quality software services and support, and we strive to address all client-reported issues promptly and professionally. Clients are required to report any issues or disputes related to our software, applications, or services using our official channels — either through our registered whatsapp number or via email at admin@rappid.in. This helps ensure that all matters are formally logged and properly tracked for resolution. For issues categorized as minor — such as small bugs, minor display errors, or non-critical functionality concerns — we generally aim to assess and resolve them within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a valid report. However, response times may vary slightly depending on workload and technical circumstances, and we appreciate the client’s understanding in such cases.

For issues at the feature level — which may include enhancements, adjustments to existing features, or functional improvements requested by the client — the resolution timeline may extend to 5 to 10 working days. This period allows our team to evaluate the impact of the request, design and test solutions, and ensure that changes are implemented in a way that maintains the integrity of the overall system. Clients should understand that feature-level issues often require careful planning and development to avoid unintended side effects on the software, and therefore cannot be addressed instantly.

For more complex matters, including those involving critical system-level errors, custom feature development, integration issues, or situations requiring research, third-party coordination, or significant technical analysis, resolution timelines will depend on the nature and scope of the issue. Such cases may require extended time frames, and Rappid Technologies will provide the client with estimated timelines as soon as a proper assessment has been made. We are dedicated to keeping clients informed at every stage of the resolution process and appreciate their cooperation and patience as we work to deliver effective, high-quality solutions.

At Rappid Technologies, we reserve the right to modify, enhance, or improve our products, services, and software offerings from time to time to ensure better performance, security, and user experience. Clients are advised that any request for modifications, updates, or additions to our standard products, services, or software features will be considered as a custom requirement and will be chargeable. A formal quotation will be provided in advance, clearly outlining the scope of work, associated costs, and estimated timelines for approval before any modification work begins. Clients must review and accept this quotation before we proceed with the requested changes or updates.

All clients purchasing our standard software products or subscriptions are expected to purchase and use the product as it is described and offered at the time of sale. Any additional requirements, customizations, or enhancements beyond the standard package are not included in the original subscription fee and will attract additional charges as per the quotation shared. Our standard offerings are carefully designed to meet general business needs, and customizations are treated as separate service engagements to ensure clarity, fairness, and dedicated resource allocation.

In cases of custom software development, it is important to note that any changes or additions beyond the originally agreed modules, features, or functionalities will be treated as extra work and will be chargeable. This includes, but is not limited to, new feature requests, alterations to workflows, design changes, or integration of third-party tools not initially specified. Clients are encouraged to provide detailed and complete requirements at the project’s outset to avoid unexpected costs. All such modifications will be handled through a formal change request process with clear documentation and cost approvals.

At Rappid Technologies, we offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to ensure continued support, updates, and smooth functioning of both custom-developed software and subscription-based products. For custom software development projects, the AMC cost is typically calculated at 20% to 25% of the total development cost. This AMC covers routine maintenance, minor updates, security patches, and technical support as defined in the agreement. The exact percentage depends on the complexity of the software, the level of ongoing support required, and the scope of the services covered under the AMC.
For our subscription-based products and services, the AMC charges are specified clearly at the time of purchase so clients are fully informed of ongoing costs. These charges are generally stable; however, they may vary by up to 5% to 10% depending on factors such as the launch of major new features, enhancements to the service, infrastructure upgrades, or strategic decisions made by the company to improve overall value and performance. We strive to communicate any such changes well in advance, and we ensure that AMC pricing remains fair and reflective of the ongoing value provided through our platform.

At Rappid Technologies, we provide a GST-compliant invoice for every payment made towards our software, services, subscriptions, or development projects. This ensures transparency and helps clients maintain proper records for their accounting and tax purposes. The GST invoice will include all mandatory details as per applicable tax laws, such as GSTIN, invoice number, tax amounts, and a clear description of the service or product purchased.
Clients are required to submit their correct GST details immediately after making the payment by filling out the form provided for this purpose. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the shared GST information is accurate and complete. Any delay or error in providing GST details may lead to delays in issuing the invoice or inaccuracies in the tax document, for which Rappid Technologies shall not be held responsible. At Rappid Technologies, we value the privacy and security of our clients' information. As part of our standard process, we may collect certain details from our clients including their name, email address, mobile number, business GST number, and state information. This data is essential for accurate billing, generating GST-compliant invoices, managing subscriptions, and ensuring that our services are delivered in a lawful and efficient manner. We collect only the minimum required information needed to fulfill our contractual and regulatory obligations.
All client details provided to Rappid Technologies are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized members of the Rappid Team who require this data to process orders, provide support, or manage accounts. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party for marketing or unrelated purposes. Our team follows strict data protection protocols to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your data at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibitions on unauthorized access, reverse engineering, copying, redistribution, or creating derivative works from our software without prior written consent.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that their use of our services does not harm, disrupt, or negatively impact other users, systems, or networks. Any attempt to use the software for fraudulent activities, spamming, unlawful data collection, or distribution of harmful content will be considered a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions and may lead to immediate suspension or termination of services without notice. Rappid Technologies reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in case of violations. We encourage all clients to use our products in good faith and in compliance with these obligations to ensure a safe and reliable environment for all users.

At Rappid Technologies, we reserve the right to suspend, limit, or restrict access to any of our software, services, or platforms without prior notice if a client violates our Terms & Conditions, engages in unlawful or abusive activities, or misuses our systems in any way that could harm our operations, security, or other users. Such actions are necessary to protect the integrity of our services, prevent potential damages, and ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Suspension of service may include temporary or permanent disabling of access, depending on the severity of the violation.
In addition, if payments are overdue or outstanding beyond the agreed terms, Rappid Technologies has the right to suspend or limit the delivery of services, technical support, or access to software features until the dues are cleared. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the client regarding overdue payments before enforcing a suspension. Reactivation of suspended services may be subject to clearance of pending dues and, where applicable, additional charges related to reactivation or data recovery. We encourage clients to ensure timely payments and compliance to avoid service disruptions.

At Rappid Technologies, we shall not be held liable for any failure to perform, delay, or disruption in the delivery of our software, services, or support that arises directly or indirectly from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, or storms), acts of war or terrorism, civil disturbances, cyber-attacks or malicious hacking, pandemics or epidemics, government restrictions or regulations, power outages, failures of telecommunications or internet services, or failures by third-party service providers critical to our operations.
During such force majeure events, Rappid Technologies will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume services as soon as conditions allow. Clients acknowledge and agree that delays or interruptions caused by these uncontrollable events do not constitute a breach of contract, and no compensation or penalty will be payable for such disruptions. We encourage clients to maintain appropriate contingency plans for critical operations that may be affected during such exceptional circumstances.

At Rappid Technologies, all software, applications, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, written content, images, and any other materials provided through our products or services are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rappid Technologies or its licensors. Clients, users, or third parties are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our software or services as per the agreed terms for their internal business or personal purposes. This right does not grant ownership or any rights to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, display, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without obtaining prior written consent from Rappid Technologies.
Unauthorized use of our trademarks, brand names, software code, designs, or any part of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action. Clients are required to respect all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices on our platforms and in our deliverables. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our intellectual property for commercial purposes or otherwise is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and will be treated accordingly under applicable law.

By making any payment to Rappid Technologies, whether for software development, subscriptions, support services, maintenance contracts, or any other offering, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions, along with all related policies, disclaimers, and notices published by us. Your payment signifies your unconditional agreement to abide by the rules, obligations, and responsibilities outlined in our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, AMC Policy, Payment Terms, and any other applicable agreements. This acceptance forms a legally binding contract between you and Rappid Technologies, and applies regardless of whether the payment was made in part or in full, or whether it was made online, offline, or through any designated payment gateway.
Furthermore, by proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review and seek clarification on our terms before making the payment. You also agree that failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension of services, additional charges, or legal action where necessary. We strongly advise all clients to review our Terms & Conditions carefully before making any payments, as no claims shall be entertained regarding unawareness or misunderstanding of these terms once payment has been made. At Rappid Technologies, our API services are offered with the aim of enabling seamless integration and enhanced functionality for your software or application. However, clients must understand and acknowledge that these API services are dependent on third-party providers, platforms, or data sources which are beyond our direct control. While we strive to ensure consistent and reliable API performance, there may be occasions where interruptions, delays, or errors occur due to third-party system issues, downtime, or changes in their policies or infrastructure.
In the event that an issue arises with any API service provided by us, our team will make every reasonable effort to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible to minimize disruption. Where feasible, we will also attempt to offer an alternate solution or workaround to help the client maintain critical operations. Clients are hereby informed that no refunds will be provided for API services, as the fees paid cover the development effort, integration, and resource allocation required for enabling such services, regardless of third-party disruptions. We appreciate clients’ understanding and cooperation in such cases.

At Rappid Technologies, clients are informed that our API services are provided as part of a research-based offering intended to assist with integration, automation, and data retrieval based on third-party sources. We act solely as a commission-based provider for these API services and do not own or control the external APIs or the data sources involved. As such, we have no authority or capability to alter the response types, data structures, parameters, or any technical specifications of the APIs supplied through these services.
Clients are strongly advised to review and verify the API response formats, structures, and outputs in advance to ensure they meet their specific needs before proceeding with any purchase. Once purchased, the API service is deemed delivered as per its documented capability, and no modifications to its structure or output can be requested. Rappid Technologies shall not be held responsible for mismatches between client expectations and the actual API response, and no refunds will be issued for API services on this basis.

Once a subscription for any product or service from Rappid Technologies is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded during the active subscription period under any circumstances. The subscription will remain valid and accessible for the full duration of the period for which it has been purchased. Upon completion of the subscription period, the subscription will automatically expire or be cancelled without requiring any action from the client, unless a renewal is actively purchased.
Clients are advised to carefully review their needs before purchasing a subscription to avoid unnecessary renewals. By purchasing a subscription, the client acknowledges and agrees that it is their responsibility to manage renewals as per their requirement, and no refund or cancellation will be entertained once the subscription has been activated.

If a client fails to make the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) payment within 15 days after the due date, Rappid Technologies reserves the right to discontinue the source code, project access, and related services without any further notice. This may result in the permanent suspension of the project, loss of data, loss of access to the software, and disruption of ongoing business processes. The client understands and accepts that this can cause significant operational and financial loss, for which Rappid Technologies will not be held responsible.
To avoid such critical risks and ensure uninterrupted access to the software and services, it is compulsory for clients to make the AMC payment on or before the due date. Timely AMC renewal ensures continued maintenance, technical support, data security, and operational stability of the project. Clients are strongly advised to prioritize AMC payments as part of their business continuity planning.

If a client claims that they have not read or were unaware of the Terms & Conditions, policies, or rules provided by Rappid Technologies, such claims will not be entertained under any circumstances. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review, understand, and accept these terms before proceeding with any purchase, subscription, or service engagement. By making any payment or using our services, the client expressly acknowledges that they have accepted all applicable terms and policies.
All clients are expected to take these matters seriously and responsibly to ensure transparency, accountability, and smooth business operations. Failure to review or understand the terms does not exempt any client from their obligations, nor does it limit the rights of Rappid Technologies to enforce these conditions as agreed.
